Special Notes younger and lower surface of leaves are hairy, leaves brown on very short stalks, oblong-ovate to oblong-lanceolate with pointed tips & rounded/heartshaped bases
Ethnobotanical Uses MEDICINAL: used to treat stomache ache, alcoholic tincture of roots used as an ecbolic (promotes labor by increasing uterine contraction); OTHERS used as smoke;
Collected from Bayabas, Sablan, Benguet, Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR).
